TOFU TUNA SALAD

1 block tofu, drained well and cubed

1 - 4 ½ oz. can tuna

2 cups fresh bean sprouts

2 – 3 cups cleaned and washed fresh spinach

Fresh mushroom, sliced, as desired

Fresh tomatoes, sliced as desired

 

Place tofu cubes on bottom of 9 x 9 inch deep dish, be sure tofu is drained well. Cover with flaked tuna.   Next, put a layer of fresh bean sprouts, then a layer of chopped spinach bite size. Top with sliced mushrooms and tomatoes.

 

Sauce:  

1/2 cup shoyu

¼ cup salad oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon mustard powder

½ teaspoon sesame seed toasted.

 

Mix ingredients well. Pour sauce over all and serve.
