MOCHIKO CHICKEN

Chicken tights: 1 lb   

Soy sauce: 2 Table sp.          

Sugar: 1Table sp.                  

Egg; 1

Oyster sauce: 2 Tea sp.        

Garlic (grind): 1 Tea sp.       

Ginger (grind): 2 Tea sp.

Green onion: 2-3 sticks       

Mochiko: 2 Table sp.

Corn Starch: 2 Table sp.

 

1. Cut chicken into small pieces

 

2. Put all ingredients and chickens in the Ziploc bag and mix them

 

3. Put it in the refrigerator at least 1 hour

 

4. Deep fry
